Where are you located?

The classes are taught at the following locations:

Tuesdays: 236 Dundas St (Downtown Yoga Holistic Centre), across from the Central Library.  Classes are held on the third floor.

Wednesdays: 430 Waterloo St (studio entrance is at the back of the house), next to the Cole Clinic.

 

 

What are the parking options?
  • For both locations meters on the street are free after 6:00pm. 
  • For the Dundas location there is also parking at the Public Library. A parking pass can be validated inside if you have a library card.

 

What is the class format?

The class starts with a warm up routine followed by a shimmy drill. We continue with steps and drills and starting on the second week of the session we work on combinations that are used in a choreography. The class ends with a cool down and stretching and routine.

What should I bring to class?

A hipscarf if you own one. If not, loaner hipscarves are available for use during class. Brand new hipscarves are also available for sale. A water bottle is also recommended.
