Class Card – Workout & Drills


  • 8 Class Card $106.19 + HST – Class card can be used for both workout and drills classes.
  • Drop in rate also available at $15.04 + HST

Only 5 students per class, please book online through the classes page.

Drills & Technique

This class focuses on breaking down and practicing different steps arranged into short combinations geared to improving muscle memory and proper posture. No choreography is taught.

Drills Classes are ongoing at the following times and days:

Bellydance Workout

This class uses fundamentals of bellydance to get your heart rate up and help you tone and strenghten your muscles at the same time! Please bring a yoga mat and resistance band if you have one.
